Kira: ah sh!t *forms her own fire wings and catches him*

"i don't."

Kira: I don’t either

"what do we do...?"

Kira: call the hospital. I can take care of some of these wounds. But not others

*he calls the hospital*

Kira: let’s see… *goes back to the wound on his neck and starts putting pressure on it*

"they're sending an abulance,"

Kira: good. In the meantime, see what you can do about just burn

he uncaps some burn cream and applies it to the burns

Kira: the wound has mostly stopped bleeding

you see medics at the door

Kira: he’s in here

"we'll get him to the hospital."

Kira: good

they take him out and dabi sits down on the couch

Kira: are you coming with?

"i-i don't think i will..." he looks at the floor

Kira: would you rather me stay or go?

"could you stay...?"

Kira: sure. I’ll stay with you

"he cares so much, to the point of being stubborn."

he nestles his head in the crook of dabi's neck, falling asleep*

Kira: honestly, it’s nothing. I probably would have done the same for anything. So long as he is ok

(you notice one of his feathers is missing)

he starts panicking and then freezes

"but he's dead...but who else knows my feathers do that? how could he be alive...?" he rambles to himself

hawks collapses to the ground, blacking out.

he runs his fingers through dabi's hair causing dabi to fall asleep*

a few hours pass by when you hear a knock at the door

when he pulls away hawks has a shocked look on his face and dabi's heart sinks.

Kira: *frowns*

hawks looks at dabi and pulls him down, kissing him back,
"you dumbass, i already knew..."

Kira: *smirks* called it

dabi steps around the corner
"i'm not done with you, birdie..." he says menacingly

hawks lurches forward screaming as if in pain.

dabi pulls a red feather out of his pocket,
"looking for this...?" he grins evilly

"i'm going eat a sandwich before he snaps out of it and shoves one down my throat."

"yeah." he starts making a sandwich

Kira: *watches while leaning up against the wall*

he eats it, looking at dabi.
"i didn't realize how badly he actually liked me until i put the pieces together after he 'died'."

Kira: he feels guilty. For nearly killing your, and all. And not telling you how he feels

(his breathing is heavy)

Kira: jeez, what did you do *brings him to the groud*

"D-Dabi..."
(you notice he's covered in cuts bruises and burn marks)

"I- was fighting him..."

Kira: where is he? and will you be ok?

"h-hospital..."

Kira: ok, helpful. Just stay put. Where are you injured

"i-i...AH-!" he clutches his neck which had one of the largest cuts still gushing blood

Kira: sh!t *grabs a rag from her pocket and presses on the wound*

Kira: seems like the most viable option

"touya? do you need to lay down...?"
dabi just nods, trembling in panic.

Kira: *nods at hawks* do it

hawks gently pushes dabi onto the carpeted floor*

Kira: *looks at Dabi*

he wraps his arms around dabi's torso*
"better...?"
"mhm..." dabi nods

*his breathing is shaky and very heavy*

Kira: don’t start moving around *putting more pressure on the wound*

Kira: and don’t you dare close your eyes

you notice a remarkably large burn on his shoulder*

Kira: he got you good

"y-yeah..."

Kira: nothing I can do about that

dabi eyes flutter open*

"how long has he been asleep?"

Kira: not long. Half hour, 45 minutes maybe

"can you speak?"
hawks shakes his head.

Kira: I’m not a medical professional. If there is evident bleeding, I can’t put pressure on it, but that’s about al I can do

"we can help him, but this is not the place for it..."

"My place isn't too far from here..."

"wait...where'd this blood come from...?" dabi says inspecting his hand which had a ton of blood on it somehow.

Kira: the burn? Was that bleeding

"no, i don't think so."

Kira: where was the hand that is bloody?

dabi stumbles over his words badly.
"Wha- i- you- uh-..." his face flushes dark red

Kira: *grinning in the corner*

"i think i broke him." hawks says

Kira: *chuckles* yep

dabi goes silent*

Kira: *still smiling*

"yeah, he's broken."

Kira: oh no….

"touya? you good bud?" hawks waves a hand in front of dabi's face
dabi stays silent (mind:AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!)

"and while i'm out i should buy hair dye remover."

Kira: yeah, good call

"but first hawks has to wake up..."

Kira: might be waiting for a little bit

"i should get back to the league..."

"i didn't want to hurt him and so i pushed him away...when i ran away, cut off all contact without telling him...i guess i thought it was better that way..."
