He comes up with lore, sometimes completely rivaling the canon lore, to justify his lyrics. Plus, fnf doesn’t need lyrics.

That's what makes it good though he uses his creativity to fill in some gaps with the lore

The animation is actually better tbh yes it is kinda clickbaity now but they're like the arcade craniacs for Minecraft animation but if you look at even the To the bone music video compared to their latest upload there is a big improvement
