No, it's not, actually. One upvote means you upvoted it, but you didn't click on it to view it. 1 comment and 0 views mean that someone commented without clicking on it, which is impossible. Therefore, you put the comment yourself and drew on the username so no one would find out your trick. Besides, you never do that to anyone else's, so it's pretty easy to see you did it yourself.
