holy crap that sounds like my mom, I find the best way to deal with those people is to just ignore them. Don't respond to their bull and they wont try eventually. Or just try to avoid conversations that make them act like that.

your mom sounds like someone you should cut off then, at least when you're older. Try to tell her that you aren't going to put up with this shit, but like kindly. Explain to her how you feel, and if she gets angry and yells just tell her that you'll talk when she's ready to be an adult. Just walk off until she's willing to have a conversation.
