I would have deemed it a fiendishly clever commentary on the current weather conditions here, were it not for the fact that my neighbor is a certifiable f**king crazy person. Still... I brought out my garbage this morning, January 26th, to find that my neighbor had just PUT UP her Christmas decorations.
