Allocation of 10% of the economy to advertising

10%? that is not enough that is absurdly low for advertising the allocation needs to be raised to atleast 35% since we cant do anything without an active stream without congress nor president (who hasnt been on the stream since god knows when) we cant really pass bills bc the president needs to sign it and pass it to be official
