No, they didn't block.
We just didn't get an answer because of other things she was afraid of happening.
I'm trying to make sure she is ok right now as we speak.
For those wondering, yes I still care about Cloud. In fact, I've asked her if she wanted to date, I didn't get a no, nor a yes, she was worried about other things so I had to console her, and forget about getting the answer.
