The practice of taking a picture off the internet and claiming it's your Oc has a name: art stealing. It's inconsiderate to the original artist, and lazy. Images that have stolen art will not be submitted to the stream, even if you credit the original artist.

i has a question. is fanart of an oc considered art stealing? i'm asking this as a slightly famous purrson. i have been having burnout, no good drawings of kawaii, and i have like 3(4 if you count the kawaii refsheet someone drew me) pieces of fanart from people in my downloads that i would use if only i knew if it was allowed. is it considered art stealing?
