Actually, this happens to me too. I just assumed that it was a problem on my side, just my crappy 13-year-old PC. But now that other people are reporting it, it's probably some bug on Imgflip's side.
Yeah I talked with my buddy in here and he didn't have that problem. We tried up voting each other's meme and comments his all worked mine don't work on the meme but so work on the comments. Something not right.
