The Disney movies are unpredictable, have tons of plot issues like holes and random plot aspects being ditched. Plus they borrow almost everything from the OT and remake it in some way.
I know there are a lot of negative, pessimistic critics who are always complaining about it, and I think it was a poor way to handle a franchise that is worth billions of dollars. And even I have a lot of issues with the movies.
But I still am really entertained by the Prequels, all the problems aside. When I saw the Trailer for the Rise of Skywalker, I was Genuinely hyped up. And I was pretty happy when I heard that Palpatine was back. Sure, it sort of makes the whole "Redemption of Anakin Skywalker" thing less significant, (because Darth Vader Sacrificed himself to save Luke and defeat the emperor) But still. I didn't really like the prequels before that, but Rise of Skywalker had a lot of action, and overall it was a good way to end the Franchise.
What i'm saying is, the Prequels have their ups and downs.
