What? When did this happen? All you did was make a poll suggesting this as an idea. Only two users expressed their support for it, and there has been no formal Congress vote. It almost certainly isn't Constitutional anyways, and even if it is this would probably need a supermajority which is very unlikely to happen.

Well that's a point; at the end of the day everything that ever happens on this stream comes down to Scar's personal opinion. Not a Constitution, a Congress, a President, or an election.
