I don't get it

it's a bit of a running joke in the groups i'm in that the Jews in Israel are all getting saline shots instead of the COVID jab... and part of what it means to be NatSoc is to be against genetic engineering, which is what the vaccine really is. so the gag this chart refers to is the difference between the two groups.

Well, I hate to break it to you, but it's not genetic engineering. It doesn't change your genes. mRNA (messenger ribonucleic acid) is what the DNA sends out that make stuff happen, but it doesn't alter you DNA. DNA determines mRNA, mRNA does not determine DNA.

messenger RNA does just that, acts as a messenger. i believe it can act to "program" your DNA to do certain things... i saw a paper not too long ago that presents the theory that our cells are like computers and can be programmed to perform certain functions.

Messenger from the DNA. It can't be a messenger to the DNA. It's how the DNA tells the cells what to do.
Yes, the mRNA programs the cells to perform certain functions, but that's different from permanently altering your genetics.
