So here's what I found out just by common knowledge. ADS was out shopping, so he couldn't have commited suicide while doing that, because most places don't just let you carry around a random gun in public while shopping. Besides, a 12 gauge shotgun is really hard to shoot yourself with since it's so long, and someone would notice you trying to do it first. Meaning that it was the hacker in control of those messages. For the imgflip part, the hacker probably used the login info ADS had used for imgflip previously to log in and continue what was going on in my DMs but with threatening. Also the hacker never said which "very deadly" gun it was, which makes it all the more suspicious.
