DOJ kills off another GOP talking point (aka lie) in latest sedition charges

First it was the highly gullible 'patriot' foot soldiers (aka pawns) that stormed the Capitol that were being held to account. Now it's the mid-level, ideologically driven partisan 'tools' (aka knights, rooks & bishops) being held to account. Next up, it will be Trump's 'court' itself (aka every GOP lawyer, State and Congressional co-conspirator) who facilitated and propagated Trump's lies. Can't see too many of them surviving that. Lastly, Trump himself will be on the docket for corruption and criminalities and by then, most of his underlings would have already provided solid evidence as to his coup attempt to save themselves. If 2021 was the year of the Big Lie, 2022 is going to be the year exposing such.

Damn, you'll buy into any RW conspiracy theory, won't you. How do you explain Epps being the Chapter President of the Arizona Oath Keepers going back to 2011? The sole reason why he's never been arrested is because (to date) there's zero evidence of him ever entering the Capitol and secondly, there's video proof of him on January 6th actually attempting to dissuade others from engaging in any type of violence against officers, etc.

If Antifa, the FBI or even the Dems were actually behind the January 6th insurrection - rather than Trump and fellow corrupt GOP allies - don't you think every Republican Senator and Reps would want to hold them all to account and be willing to testify before the HSC as to what they know? The sole reason McCarthy, Meadows, Jordan, et al, refuse to do so, as too their GOP allies that are all taking the Fifth, is because they all know damn well they were complicit in what happened that day.

I've seen the video of him encouraging others to go into the Capitol and I've also seen the video of him telling others it has to be done peacefully and there should be no violence, as that is not what the demonstration is about. I've also read the legal transcript of him being interviewed by the HSC. Until such time as any evidentary proof is supplied that he did in fact enter the Capitol or alternatively, engaged in any physical violence against police officers or otherwise, he can't be charged. That is how the legal system operates.
