You don't.

Go in creative mode

Get about 20 eyes of ender (you don't know how far away the stronghold is, it's best to be safe) once it goes to the same spot consistently (about 2-3 times) dig down. Once you find stone bricks your in. Wander the stronghold until you find the end portal* and disable the spawner. Once you do that set your spawn point with a bed. Then fill the portal frames with eyes of ender.
*It's ok if you blow up half the stronghold looking for it. It can be frustrating.

Now on to the actual fight. (Disclaimer: I've only beaten it in a test run world.) I personally had full diamond prov 4 gear but netherite would be best. Invest in feather falling four. You're going to fall a LOT. Also make sure you have a lot of potions, arrows, and blocks. Pillar up to the end crystal towers that are encased in iron bars first. Once you destroy those climb down and repeat until all cage pillars are destroyed. Then you shoot the rest with a bow. Once you destroy pillars the dragon will perch a lot. Hit it with your sharpness V sword (again, netherite would be best) and shoot it when it doesn't perch. Make sure you don't die. This is as detailed as it gets. GOOD LUCK.

Get wood, make tools, mine stone, make new tools, get iron, make newer tools, Settle down, go mining forget gold find diamonds, make armor and diamond tools, mine obsidian, go to the nether, find netherite, get ender pearls and blaze rods, enchant your items, find the nether portal, kill 20 endermen, go try to one shot the enter dragon or do the whole process, free the end, get elytra, and sail of unto the sunset, finally CREATE A NEW WORLD DELETE THE OTHER
