it's funny perhaps just me but I think Biden really thinks he won on his strengths instead of just being the body thrown at President Trump while they fixed the election. He has this odd arrogance I suppose most politicians have but maybe because he was in politics so long and nearly graduated last in his class, probably one of the most dull witted long term political rats as most need some smarts to last that long, then failing to run for prez while getting booted for lying about marching in civil rights marches. just the way he said he'd take Trump behind the woodshed.
