Well, I can try. I'm in toxic relationship as well, so I can relate. Maybe have her try breaking up on the phone, blocking the number and staying away from the other person. Ignore any threats, they most likely won't carry through with them. If your friend can't do any of this, tell me and I'll think of something else.
