i think some of the rovers on mars do that
also i feel like a lot of drivers wouldn't be able to handle that given how many accidents we already have daily
like there's a town in canada (i think) where their driving was so bad they were banned from making right turns at lights. period. you legally cannot make a right turn at a light there
