You do have it and you just don't know it!
Covid often has no symptoms! Remember: before it was Covid-19 it was SARS-19, a virus very similar to the rhinovirus.
Just as you can get the rhinovirus and not know you have it, you can get SARS-19 or covid and not know you have it.
How can you have had it and not tested positive? Most tests are only around 50% accurate. So you could easily have had covid and not known it!
