here's how:
1.Copy the name of the user u want 2 make a mod
2. Go 2 the stream that u own
3. Press on settings
4. Scroll down
5. Now u should see ur username
6. Under ur username is a button that says add moderator
7. Click that button
8. Now paste the name of the person u want 2 become moderator
9. Lastly click update and then that person will be asked 2 become a mod, and then it's happi days
