Doodling makes some weird things happen

Maybe my brightness is just really low and my eyes are just really bad but does the sign mid left say “ranks pee store”

As much as I wish I did that it doesn't say that, I'm not sure what it says either (ironically my hand writing sucks). And rank's is a cutoff sign that's supposed to say Frank's
