Not necassarily. If its just a tiny crush then it could have little to no affect on what sexuality you are. People's sexuality evolves throughout their life. So, unless it's quite big and you would feel like that with other female people, it's up to you to decide if it's just a small piece of attraction, or more like another side to your sexuality

I mean if you've never looked at a girl in real life and found her attractive, and only find celebrities( usually unattainable) attractive, then your probably still just gay.
