Why tho

it hasn't been tested enough to know the full effects of the shot, and I get unusual reactions when i get shots, (i got a bump on my arm near the shot that really hurt for about two weeks) and i have heart issues (my dad said it sometimes increases your heart rate so)

Should probably mention that to a doctor to see if it's safe enough

probably not going to get it overall (until later maybe)
