Honestly it's less about protecting everyone. Because if it was

1-there wouldn't be a comment timer until you reach 2,000 points

2- comment timers and bans would be able to be appealed

3- "harassment" would be more about the conversation itself rather than "oh they replied semi-aggressive"

4- we wouldn't be saying this schnitzel
