I don't understand why Misty is so spoiled and bratty to Ash but still has a crush on him. Serena does too, but is never spoiled or bratty. I also feel like Ash's relationship with Serena is more obvious than Misty. Serena and Ash's relationship is more obvious than a simple 1 + 1.

Maybe it has something to do with a certain fried bike…
