Can I be in charge of a Calvary regiment!!!!

My army could use a Calvary regiment right now and I'll put you in as Colonel for the 1st Calvary Regiment

I am creating Divisions in this stream.
What are Divisions you say?
Divisions/Regiments are made up of 5-10 people.
I will assign you to your division and will put in you in a military rank like Colonel or Lieutenant.
