Throwback to April 2021. 1 month after cityarcade joins, a former user by the name of richardchill24 accused him of being freeforall6, a user who violated TOS, ran for president last year (and lost), and got banned. He was known for having many alternate accounts, and he deleted in February. In March, cityarcade joined. Richardchill24 later deleted his account, and came back as abdul_kareem, later renaming himself to Richard-chill-reborn. We later found out that cityarcade was not ffa6. During the conspiracy theory, cityarcade threatened to take him to court, and even tried hiring user Right_Minded_Knight to kill richard, later releasing the memechat.
