I prefer to make New Day Resolutions. Much more manageable than a whole year

No, I did not stick with it
But I'm always trying to improve ya know

I haven't made one in a while
In high school, I resolved to get more sleep and did pretty well until June

I find it a little silly to go "New year, new me!" to be honest. I'll try to make improvements all year and then look back on my progress and what I can do better next year. My goals change and so do my circumstances but if I had to label what I'd do I'd call them New Years reflections
