solution: make whitney potion her clefairy and and get miltank to red. then quick attack with a pidgeotto

Edit: use croconaw to get miltank down to red. quilava or bayleef work too but i chose totodile

Cynthia isn’t that hard, my favorite Pokémon hard counters her ace, and has coverage for 2 of her pokemon, Whitney is piss easy I don’t understand how people think it’s hard

It depends on how strong what Pokemon you have and what moves she uses

I mean ice types pretty much hard counter her garchomp

Just get heracross or pinsir, it works very good in gen 2 where focus blast is physical
