You can't vote VP separately. The VP is tied to the Presidential ballot. If you want Richard as VP you'll have to vote for Napoleon.

You can keep telling yourself that but the Vice-President is never elected separately. That's never been the case in actual elections or in these elections, so I doubt that will change. It's a dumb idea anyway because the Vice-President is the President's #2. They're called "running-mates" for a reason.

It's a requirement that you can't run for President without a Vice-Presidential running-mate. The VP isn't a separate candidate. So you can't vote for Richard separately. If you want him to be VP you'll have to vote for Napoleon.
