Lmao, I actually do that quite a lot- However, I only do it because I know that there's always room for improvement and, at the times in which I say such things, I felt like that improvement could have gone a little further than where it currently was, you know? It's a bit confusing, I know, but it's also just how I work with my art ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Nonetheless, I am satisfied enough with the result of this drawing to be openly proud of it (❤´艸`❤) Once again, though, I must thank you for your kind words <3 I believe I've just always been better at shading than with mere drawing, even though many could argue that shading is the harder part of drawing. After all, it's the shading part that can really make a drawing come to life, all while also being the hardest part to fix if you mess it up- But, hey, no matter how good or bad you currently are with shading, just keep practicing! Remember: There's always room for improvement and, with the more art you do, the faster your improvements will come ( •̀ ω •́ )✧
