Don't abuse mod. You'll probably get it removed. Mod abuse will include deleting comments, disapproving of images, and/or banning users for personal reasons when they don't violate TOS or stream rules. If you decide that you would have to ban a user for whatever reason, you're gonna have to have a good reason to do so. So remember, what was given can be taken away.
