I don't think mods approving custom icons would be a good idea cuz i think everyone will try to set custom pfps right after it gets added.
I think there should be a way to report pfps

Did you not see what happened when they added PIXELS as custom icons, do you realize how much worse it would be with images?

I'll have you know it doesn't have to be manual. There are plenty of APIs and AIs out there that can automatically detect not-so-nice icons.
