Because gender is a social construct and does not actually exist, no one can truly count or label all the genders. Genders wasnt meant to exist which is why we have so many, it varies from person to person and I think the best way to describe it is like a color spectrum, some genders you can see some you cant and all that stuff.

Some common ones are omnisexual (someone who likes all genders), pansexual (someone who is genderfluid/has no preference), bisexual (someone who likes both male and female), neptunic (someone who likes girls and non-binaries), uranic (someone who likes boys and non-binaries) and a less known one is polysexual (someone who likes 3 or more genders) but it's still quite common

No. Think about it as, pansexual cannot see gender: gender blind. But omnisexual can see gender and has a preference
