I have no idea what the radical left thinks Josh Hawley did, but I'm sure he doesn't support the capital riot. If he does, it should be very easy for you to send me evidence of that. A quick google search found that he showed support for some of the protesters outside of the capital. Supporting peaceful protesters and supporting rioters are not the same thing. If you are taking his support of peaceful protesters and extending his support to include people trying to hang Pence, you are creating fake news. Keep in mind, there were many people protesting that day for perfectly valid reasons. There are still open concerns about using Covid as an excuse to switch to mail-in voting. Many states still don’t have laws against ballot harvesting and/or don’t have effective ways to audit mail-in votes. Also, big tech was censoring stories that benefited Trump. The situation is very similar to Charlottesville. Most of the people on the right were perfectly normal people who just like statues. But, a small percentage of people were crazy Nazi’s. The media and the left mix those 2 together like they are one and the same. Someone who wants to have secure elections isn’t the same as a person who wants to hang the VP. Trump pointed this out after Charlottesville and CNN created the ‘fine people’ hoax to show they can’t distinguish between good people supporting an issue and bad people supporting an issue. I’m guessing the media is giving Hawley the same treatment.

Yes, exactly. But, you didn't hear me mix them together. I draw a distinction between peaceful protests and riots. But, groups also bear responsibility. If one time you go to a peaceful Antifa+BLM protest and it later turns into a riot after you leave, I don't blame you. If you go to 2 that turn into riots, I start to question your judgement. By the time we have 100 consecutive days of rioting at/after Antifa and/or BLM protests, I associate you with a group of rioters and condemn you and them together. Feel free to condemn anyone who is a member of Q... I do.
