Story: The witch accidentally used a "mysterious white powder" instead of sugar while baking his dough. When this cookie came out of the oven, he was already ditzy and air headed. Despite his cluelessness and "odd" behavior, this Cookie sure knows how to fight! He's also quite the delinquent, so to speak.
