ive been thru this too idk y your doing it but my best advice is to do 2 things
1: get a jar, anytime something good happens write it down and put it in the jar when its full read it all this can help you look for positives in life and distract you
2. make a journal everyday write in it what happened that day good or bad it just gets things off your chest no need to show everyone just for you unless you want to
