???: well, my hands are bloody, im holding a gun, and there is a body sitting right behind me. You wanna take a stab and guess what happened

Skull: you killed someone by accident, or on purpose

???: On purpose? I was trying to kill someone different, and accidently shot this innocent person

Skull: so accident

???: yes. murder was intentional, just not this person
