Zero dollars sure costs a lot of money

I'm pretty sure they are exploiting the stupidity of their supports, by saying it cost $0 they don't mean the policys in the bill cost 0. The act of signing it with a pen cost $0

They are being payed a nice salary with all the perks to make these ridiculous bills that no one wants and that's just a crumb of the actual cost, not to mention all the cash that will slip through the cracks before even being spent on what the bills are supposed to fund.
