This is Sorrin, he's the one and only child of the king in my kingdom. His powers are the ability to make ice, electricity, and very very slight blasts of sorts. he's also pretty smart and can figure out puzzles and things fairly easily))

Sorrin had recently just arrived in this new land, just as his father had instructed. From what his father told him recently, this land had a prince and Sorrin was sent here in order to hopefully strengthen the alliance between the two countries.

Atticus had been waiting at the gates to this town for around a day before Sorrins arrival, meeting him at the gates by horseback

Sorrin arrived on foot, and upon seeing Atticus, he bowed. "Greetings, your majesty." he said, showing great respect for him. "It's a pleasure to finally meet you."

"And to you as well-Sorrin, I presume?"

He smiles politely. "You presume correctly, sire."

He smiles back and gets off his horse "well Sorrin, it's nice to finally see you in the flesh'

He bows once more, glad to see. "Aha, I assume my father spoke about me in letters before, then?" he asks.

Sorrin gave a wry smile, "Aha- that's my father for you. I try my best to make him proud." he said, before shaking his head. "But at any rate, we surely have buissness to attend to. What is the first order?"

"Fixing the economic status in poorer towns-"

He nodded, "Yes, I've heard- my father told me about the status of those smaller places. Do you have any idea's so far?"

"Setting up social programs and more job opportunities-i think that should be a good starting point"

"That is a good idea, but the real question should be what sort of jobs? There are of course mining oppritunities, food production, water collection... essential things such as that to name a few."

"Yes-agriculture, mining-possibly education "

He snaps his fingers, "Ah- education. That would be a good one, as it could make people go live there... however, that wont do much if the economy stays stagnant... if we can get it to boost before we start implementing education, then that would be much more effiecent."

"of course of course-"

He nods.

"lets discuss more over a meal"

Sorrin, feeling quite famished over the long trip, agrees. "You may pick the place. I'll foot the bill."

"thats generous, but as your host I think its my duty to pay for you"

"No no, please. I insist."

-sigh- "well if youre so sure . . ."

He smiles, "I am."

"of course-" he points at a fancy looking resturant a bit north of them

"if that's where you want to go" he says

he nods and walks inside

Sorrin follows him

he sits down inside "and now we continue with the economic situation-I think setting up communal living spaces in some of the harder hit areas-not like shelters, like some larger houses"

"I see where you're going, however this does bring up a human rights situation... as too many people in one room would be... problamatic."

"It would have more than 1 bedroom-"

"Of course- but Im saying that people are going to try to cram themselves in there."

"thats true . . ."

Sorrin nodded, "It's very complicated... we could possibly make people move away from the lower economic status towns but- then we risk overpopulation in other cities..."

"also true-I think that possibly decreasing taxes by say, 10-20% would have a large beneficial impact on those communities"

"I think so too, but then we'd have to tax other's more in order to make up for the expense." He pulls out a scroll and points to a few numbers, "You're already charging vastly low tax rates, and if you decrease anymore your country is going to fall into more debt!"

"fair . . .in the end I think increasin careers in agriculture education and medicine is the best thing . . . and well figure out something more later"

Sorrin nods, "Of course- if these sorts of things could be fixed in a day then you wouldn't be worrying about them now, right?" he said, in an attempt to comfort.

"hehe . . . right" theres clearly more on his mind, but hes deciding not to say

Sorrin notices, but decides not to push it, given they had just met. He changes the subject, "This is a very fine estblishment." he said, commenting on the reastruant.

"yes! it is, whenever my sisters and I go on outings, this is usually the first spot on our list"

He smiles, "Your sisters? That's very sweet."

he nods "Elarethra, Misty, and Nymeer"

He smiles, "They sound wonderful"

"they most certainly are"

He chuckles, "That's nice though. I dont have any siblings. What's it like?"

"it can be annoying, but all in all theyre enjoyable company"

He smiles, "Im glad! Do you think I'll meet with them?"

"you probably will!"

He smiles, "I hope I find their company enjoyable."

"you probably will-everyone likes Ella, and Mistys only 8"

He chuckles, "Wh-what about Nymeer-"

"shes 16, and could beat a full grown knight at fencing"

He was impressed, "Wow"

he nods "ellas about a year younger than me, so shes not set to inherit everything, but sometimes she acts like she is-its kind of funny actually"

Sorrin smiled a bit. "I can imagine-"
