Sitewide mod's bans are ineffective and we can take advantage of that. When a site mod bans you from commenting, they ban your email from commenting but not your actual account. If you simply change your Imgflip account's email, you can bypass the ban. That's how I did it when the site mods banned me for reporting Lewis.
You can use emailondeck.com and make a temporary email. Then, go to Settings > Primary Email > Change your Primary Email to the temporary email provided by Email On Deck > Go to Email On Deck > Check Your Email On Deck Inbox > Click the link provided by Imgflip to verify your Imgflip account > You've bypassed the ban!
Note: Since you're using a temporary email that will be self-destroyed within a couple of days, it is recommended to use a permanent email / an alt email account so that account recovery is possible if you forget your password.
