It actually surprises me how these two characters are so similar.

Both were created with the same idea in mind: A mother that doesn't follow the RPG/Shonen anime stereotype. An overprotective yet sweet and supportive mother.

Toriel doesn't let Frisk leave the ruins because she fears that Asgore would kill them. Inko tries to get Izuku to leave UA so that he won't get injured or put into life-threatening situations anymore.

And what's crazy is that MHA and Undertale were released at almost the same time. MHA's first manga issue was published in 2014, Undertale first came out in 2015.

It would be very wholesome and sweet and I bet they would team up to protect their kids
