i believe true communism has been tried but people twisted it as time went by and turned it into something it is not communism h

has the potential to be used in its true form like Marx created it to be rather than a dictator let the materials be owned by the workers lets worker unions be a thing so the working people can make material conditions a thing capitalism has worked but it is slowly falling apart with the free market and encouraging human nature to be more greedy as people want more money in order to have better things rather than providing for the collective of the people to actually do more than horde large amounts of cash and not distribute it to other things that could be fixed like roads and health care the workers has suffered to make the items and we are hoarding it not letting it be used by the people of the establishment only letting it rot and not serve its full purpose like the workers who made and built it intended to be used as classes and hierarchies has made people suffer and cause way more than just feelings of unequalness it has impacted the peoples mental health and can increase depression in the lower and middle class a depressed worker does not work as well as a happy one the main goal for the collective is to make them happy so they can thrive and to do that is to make everyone equal so everyone is happy according to ones needs and abilities can also contribute to this also as to make products more efficient and built better the flaw with past working conditions in a communist dictator ship is that the government silenced the people making them depressed and like i said before the people dont work as well as a happy worker thats the reason why products made in these environments arent as good as capitalists countries as they bribe and make you work harder to get an extra couple of dollars to the product exploitation of the workers bribing them with cash to make them work harder which also impacts the peoples mental health mental health is a main concern for the collective rather than work happy worker means better materials better materials means better items better items means less work needs to be done to restore broken ones when people are also given perks like healthcare this also amounts to another level of happiness which increases workers productivity which is good for what i just mentioned about better items produced by the working class

the collective is important and so is democracy also the people need and want there voices to be heard by everyone and everyone likes that and it can be used to make important decisions the community thinks needs to be added/removed to make the community better and greater
heres where things gets tricky communism is about equality and freedom but there needs to be a military to prevent invasions of the community this is what i think should happen this is not possibly true and is a theory if people want to help others to have freedoms happiness in that establishment they can volunteer to join the military and be under leadership of a general and other things in order to get discipline and combat the potential threat to the community once battles are done everyone is back in the community to do as normal citizen would do and work and chill and do whatever they normally would do and when threats are incoming towards the community it will repeat and go back to whatever for the cycle to repeat

diplomacy will be a major part in keeping the place safe and getting resources that the community needs there will most likely be a person to take this up according to ones ability that can do this task

the things i just named is really all you need to have a good community work and run in a communistic sense with basic stuff everyone would normally do this proves communism can work in a way that doesnt require a leader but the community and democracy
