To the slightly unsmart people in the comments, YA'LL DON'T GET THE MEME. The clown represents the people who say TikTok isn't bad. And to the person who got offended, notice how I said SOMETIMES in the title? And this isn't an opinion, I'm speaking facts. Tiktok did do all of these things. And yes, I know, there are some really good tiktok creators, but the app still has its cringe problems.
