mine starts 8:15 but you gotta get there early for food

i physically cannot

adhd and probably insomnia

adhd doesnt effect anything
Insomnia makes it hard for u to sleep so just buy sleeping pills or something my friend used it one and he went to sleep pretty easily

i take melatonin every day but it never works until after 11
and the way adhd fits in is that i literally cannot do nothing, which is how most people fall asleep

U don't need to do legit nothing to sleep
I think for a bit while sleeping then I just fall asleep

i can't sleep when i think, too much anxiety

u dont need to think while sleeping
plus the more u stare at a screen the more u dont wanna sleep

but the more i stare at the wall the more i think someone's in my closet
