DoomSlayer LITERALLY spent eons upon eons in Hell to protect humanity. He had to witness his Daisy get decapitated and placed on a pike. His wife and son were also killed by demons and he also has Hyper intense PTSD

Yes, Doomslayer had power better than the demons, he was stronger. Ethan had no powers, he was tossed around like a toy with the monsters. They drank his blood, forced him to eat inedible food, cut off his limbs, multiple times. They literally killed him. He was only brought back because of the mold, and before that, was forced to fight his wife who had recently cut his hand off with a chainsaw. He saw his only help, police, murdered in front of his eyes.

Yes, but the physical damage caused intense psychological trauma. Ethan is so pissed he's willing to face beings that are sure to kill him head-on, while the enemies are no match for the Doomslayer.

So who has more psychological pain here? DoomSlayers extended family was slaughtered. Ethan however, wasn't. He may have been tortured, but he can rest easier knowing his family is still alive.
