I might be able to help but you have to answer a few questions for me.

First, why did your mom take your phone away.

Second, how and why did you get in trouble for things you didnt do

Third, you might want to bring your friend to the doctor and check them out.

And fourth, things happen, you have to move on. You will get your phone back eventually, punishments are only temporary, and check your friend out. Thats my advice

Thank you, the reason I got my phone taken away was because I received a call from my mother, she just said to give the phone to my dad and that’s it
