Unpopular opinion: Lofi doesn't help, it's too calming and makes me sleep, rock is better tbh

Ok, you are right to a certain degree

I do a mix of both, bc sometimes I don't want to either start falling asleep or do stuff so fast to the point where it wears me out

I listen to Black-Mesa soundtracks while studying

I sometimes do, mostly just stay silent because I can't focus with music lol

I mostly listen to Rap/Hiphop while studying but not lofi hip hop.

Hamas music does the trick for me
