Name: The name the orphanage uses for your OC, do not include a name the orphanage would not know about.
Age: This is your OC’s age, must be younger than 18 and over the age of 0.
Sex: This is your OC’s biological sex, M for Male, F for female, and I for intersex
Gender: This is your OC’s gender. If your OC is in the closet don’t put their actual gender, this is what the orphanage thinks your OC’s gender is.
Additional info: Powers, disabilities, temperament. Anything that would not be assumed would go here. Only include knowledge the orphanage would have.
Adoption history: The history of your OC’s adoptions, foster homes, etc. Don’t include anything the adoption center wouldn’t know
Character image: This is where your character’s photo goes. If you don’t have a photo of your character make a picrew, if you REALLY can’t make a picrew you can make an extremely in depth description of your OC in the last text box
If you haven’t already guessed, this is the orphanage’s file on your character. Expect to be sent back to edit the file multiple times, File expectations are strict and have to be on point.
