I don't think so because it makes a negative impact again, they removed it in 2016 because of offensive and negative votes on people when it grows badly.
I don't even know how many times I already explained this, downvote counters did exist but a bunch of people were offended by it and started leaving and after they took it down imgflip starting growing. So when they had it, it was a bad idea, and they probably won't add it again.
Maybe we should get a downvote counter and when you click or touch how many up or downvotes you see a list who up or downvoted maybe? This may not be a good idea anyway
